Authorization review
The representative authorization screen records a declined status without collecting card data or charging the customer, then places the submission in the review queue.
Review and result
The authentication team evaluates the evidence and records a determination: Authentic, Not Authentic, or Inconclusive.
COA issued when eligible
Authentic results on COA tiers receive a certificate ID, QR code, downloadable PDF, and public verification page.
Verify publicly
Anyone can enter the certificate ID or scan the QR code to confirm the public status without exposing private customer information.
